Portraits for Missions 2013

Dear Friends,

Last year, I discovered one of the most beautiful charities, and I committed to helping them with their mission. Mercy Project is an organization that works to rescue and rehabilitate child slaves. These beautiful children are forced to fish daily, taken from their homes, hungry, tired, and hurting. What I love about Mercy Project is that they work to replace the need for child slaves in Ghana through education and resources. Please read more at http://mercyproject.net.
Knowing I was only one person, the Lord made it very clear that I needed to use my resources to pull people together for a wonderful cause. My goal is to complete at least 16 sessions in a hope to raise at least $1500.00 in one day.  Why $1500.00? It costs about $1500 to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate one child. To be clear, this is $40,000/25 kids in a village.
This includes that portion of the cages, fish food, etc. for the village, the actual rescue, and then 3-4 months of rehab at the shelter before reintegrating the kids back into their families. Mercy Project will rescue a village at a time, not a child at a time. Ultimately, my goal is to be able to bless them with $40,000.
For only $120.00, you can help me do this. 100% of the session fee ($95.00) will be given to Mercy Project, and $25.00 will pay for a disc of the top 20 low-res images for you to use on social media sites. The images will be branded with my logo, and will be color-enhanced but not retouched. Additional prints can be ordered separately from this disc, as the images on the disc shouldn't be used for printing. Additionally, 3 images can be emailed to you from this at no cost for you to use for Christmas or other greeting cards without my logo. This is a savings of over $150.00. Please email lorynw@gmail.com if you have any questions.
